  • Start by cutting MDF Wood(choose any of your desire) into small pieces. Get the ready-made one if you want to skip the cutting effort.
  • Smooth the wood blank, so the thickness in a heat press remains equal. For this, you can do the sanding.
  • Apply two coats of white paint on to wood surface before Laminating. The white paint will give you a more vibrant print.
  • Get the laminating sheet and cut it to the approx size of MDF.
  • Place butcher paper on the pad of a pre-heated heat press.
  • Place wood with the printed side up and laminate with the shiny side up. The shiny side made up of polyester resin gets Sublimate well enough.
  • Place a butcher paper above the laminate to avoid sticking to the platen.
  • Once you are done with the heat-press, let the laminated wood lower the temperature before starting Sublimation.
  • Select the design from your PC and print out the inverted image of your design.
  • Place the laminated printer board on the top of the print and tape it.
  • Place the laminated board on heat press bad with both sides covered with butcher paper.
